大數據:是幻象,還是寶藏?
Stephen S. Y. Wong joined the CUHK EMBA Annual Conference earlier and shared his view on the value of big data. He said that it is important for marketing to take reference from big data. Nowadays, companies talk about relevant marketing and one-on-one marketing. Asia Miles has put them into practice a few years ago. The company has more than 8 million members now and does not want to spam its members. The big data helps Asia Miles to relate relevant messages to members; and increases the open rate of its emails.
