“Empathy” is apparently not unfamiliar to any of us, and perhaps sometimes referred so often that its authenticity and importance are undermined. During the event, Stephen would guide us to rethink empathy, explain why it really matters, and how empathy elevates one’s personal career and social resolutions with a new lens.
